How long until I receive my pre-ordered item?
If the product is not available on site, your pre-ordered item will be ready approximately 2.5 weeks after pre-order placement.
Can I customize my order?
Yes, we do customization. Just leave a note in your cart before Check Out and indicate the following details:
How long will my order be reserved until payment is settled? (Offline payment)
Your order will be reserved for a maximum of 3 BUSINESS DAYS once the order is placed. Please make sure to settle your payment within this period to avoid cancellation. How long does it take to ship?
Please allow 1-2 business days for handling and dispatchment, after which you may expect your order to arrive within 2-4 business days. Should your delivery exceed this period, kindly message us your concern + order # at our NOBLE Society Facebook page or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you allow meet-ups?
Unfortunately, we do not offer meet-ups at this time around. Thank you so much for your understanding!
Is there a deadline for bank deposit/fund transfer payments?

What are your modes of payment?
1. Bank Deposits/Fund Transfers - choose the Offline Payment option then simply deposit at any branch of Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) or transfer the amount via BPI online or BPI mobile app, then email us a picture of your proof of payment.
Can I pay through credit card? Which cards do you accept?
Yes, you can! Kindly click on the PayPal option under the Payment section. You will be redirected to a page wherein you will be prompted to fill in your card details - there is no need to be a PayPal member to pay through credit card via PayPal!
Do you offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payments?
Unfortunately, we do not offer Cash on Delivery payments yet, but we're working on it! We appreciate your patience!
