How do I order? What information is needed?

Simply click on the item/s you wish to purchase, add to cart, then proceed to Check Out. You will be prompted to fill out the following details: > Customer Details (Name, Email, Shipping Address, Contact Number) > Delivery area > Preferred Mode of Payment After filling these out, you may review all the information and place your order.

Where can I locate my order number?

Your order number is indicated on the upper left corner of your order email confirmation.

Do you have packages for bulk orders and corporate giveaways?

Yes, we do! Kindly contact us through our email noblesocietyph@gmail.com or via Facebook (NOBLE Society) then provide us the following details: Product name Color Quantity Date needed If with logo, where would you like the logo to be placed? (Please attach photo of logo) Shipping address You may include other requests as well! We will email you back a quotation as soon as possible. How long until I receive my pre-ordered item?

If the product is not available on site, your pre-ordered item will be ready approximately 2.5 weeks after pre-order placement.

Can I customize my order?

Yes, we do customization. Just leave a note in your cart before Check Out and indicate the following details: Name to be placed on the product Placement of name (lower left corner of the outside, top center of the inside sleeve, etc.)

How long will my order be reserved until payment is settled? (Offline payment)

Your order will be reserved for a maximum of 3 BUSINESS DAYS once the order is placed. Please make sure to settle your payment within this period to avoid cancellation. Should you have any concerns regarding payment deadline extension, please get in touch with us through our NOBLE Society Facebook page or via email at noblesocietyph@gmail.com.


Where do you ship? What are the corresponding shipping fees?

1. Metro Manila - ₱100.00 2. Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas - ₱150.00 3. Valenzuela, Antipolo, Rizal - ₱150.00 4. Taytay, Marikina - ₱150.00 5. Other cities within NCR - ₱250.00

How long does it take to ship?

Please allow 1-2 business days for handling and dispatchment, after which you may expect your order to arrive within 2-4 business days. Should your delivery exceed this period, kindly message us your concern + order # at our NOBLE Society Facebook page or email noblesocietyph@gmail.com. For pre-ordered items, it would take approximately 2.5 weeks upon order placement.

Do you allow meet-ups?

Unfortunately, we do not offer meet-ups at this time around. Thank you so much for your understanding!


Is there a deadline for bank deposit/fund transfer payments?

Yes, please settle your payment within 3 BUSINESS DAYS upon order placement to avoid any cancellations. Should you have any concerns regarding payment deadline extension, please get in touch with us through our NOBLE Society Facebook page or via email at noblesocietyph@gmail.com.

What are your modes of payment?

1. Bank Deposits/Fund Transfers - choose the Offline Payment option then simply deposit at any branch of Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) or transfer the amount via BPI online or BPI mobile app, then email us a picture of your proof of payment. 2. Credit Card - choose the PayPal option then you will be redirected to a page to fill out your card details. **You don't need to have a PayPal account** 3. PayPal - choose the Paypal option then you will be redirected to a page wherein you may sign in to your account and proceed to payment. 4. GCash Send Money to Banks - choose the Offline Payment option, (a) log on to your GCash App (b) select 'Send Money' (c) click 'Send Money to a Bank Account' (d) choose BPI, input the payment amount and our account details, and create a custom message indicating your name and order # (e) confirm & send us a screenshot for proof!

Can I pay through credit card? Which cards do you accept?

Yes, you can! Kindly click on the PayPal option under the Payment section. You will be redirected to a page wherein you will be prompted to fill in your card details - there is no need to be a PayPal member to pay through credit card via PayPal! We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Do you offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payments?

Unfortunately, we do not offer Cash on Delivery payments yet, but we're working on it! We appreciate your patience!


Terms & Conditions

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions: - We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time. - Prices and products are subject to change at any time without notice. - Delivery dates are provided as an estimate. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time as we make use of third-party couriers. However, we will try our best to assure on-time delivery by coordinating with said courier. - Colors shown on the website should be used simply as a guide as several conditions may affect its appearance online

Return & Exchange Policy

If the product is defective, you may return the product and exchange it for another one up to 5 BUSINESS DAYS from the date of delivery. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Do you have a physical store where I can buy your products?

Yes, we currently sell our products at Frankie & Friends General Store located at the 2/F of SM Aura, Taguig.
